Vistar Media Bulks Up DOOH/OOH Capabilities, Adding Planning Workflow Tools Via ADstruc Acquisition

The adtech firm Vistar Media has added much-used workflow tools for OOH media planners, buyers, and sellers through the acquisition of ADstruc from PJX Media.

While Vistar has grown its business on the back of its programmatic platform, 15-year-old ADstruc is known for a toolset that strips out routine tasks and automates aspects of the process of planning and executing OOH and DOOH media campaigns.
