Autodealership informational kiosks probably peaked with Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. Doing the EV thing is very very smart. How soon before EV car advertising moves to the chargers like Volta and their big screens? Buy your next EV at Costco/etc…

As an EV owner, a big yes to more EV buying education. Putting information on digital signage in dealerships is a winner, putting it on a kiosk in the auto dealership is not the way to do it.

EV owners already do more research than ICE car buyers, Those visiting dealerships have questions they couldn’t answer on the internet so they visit the dealership to talk with someone, not interact with a glorified web page.

Salespeople don’t like them as it lessens their value to the buying customer.

The best use for the kiosks? After the initial incentive period finishes convert them to digital signage!
