Spotted a pair of digital vending machines at a Delta concourse at SFO. I know the concept or tech is not new, but it was the first time I’ve seen a vending unit in North America that wasn’t specific to a brand, ie Coke.
Again, I’m sure they’ve been around for a while, but a first for me.
Kinds interesting. Not cheap. The product showcase content did subtke movements to draw the eye, and there was also an interstitial that took over the whole screen.
