MIT Testing New Breed Of Transparent Displays

Via Trefor Brock’s blog, here’s some intriguing tech coming out of the MIT labs. This is a polymer film injected with nanoparticles that create single-color visuals on glass, with the longer view to support the primary colors and therefore do proper images. I almost sound smart there.

Not sure where this goes, as the lab is darkened and this tech still have to overcome ambient light. Maybe, as with electronic ink, bright light won’t be an issue.
