DSE Moving To Sands Expo Next Year, But Back At LVCC In 2015

I had a quick chat with Geri Wolff, who handles all the PR and media for Digital Signage Expo, just as the show was shutting down yesterday.

The show will be two weeks earlier next year, and relocated at the Sands Expo, which is just at the back-end of the Palazzo and Venetian. The move was promoted by a rejigging by LVCC on hall space, which forced DSE over to the smaller south hall this year and presumably next. The DSE people weren’t all that happy about that and decided instead to move, albeit just for a year. The earlier date, I assume, is a function of availability.

Geri said the show is already committed to be back at the LVCC, and presumably back at the more familiar north hall, in 2015.

She also mentioned the show is already more than 3/4 booked for 2014. The numbers are not out yet but I gather crowds and exhibitors were up. I certainly got a sense the numbers of buyers was up and the show was not all vendors and service providers talking to vendors and service providers.
