Project Profile: Queue Content Gets DSA’s Content Crown

Kansas City-based firm Two West does a lot of work for Sprint (also based in KC), including creative that won the DSA Crown last week for Point of Wait (less than $10,000 budget). The work was for Total Equipment Protection, one of the spots used by Sprint in its “merchantainment” channel intended to reinforce the brand and reduce perceived wait times in queues.

The creative’s goal was to raise awareness of the real potential for things happening to devices and the costs that follow. It appears to be built right into the queue management information screen, which is just plain logical (and therefore rare).
