Project Profile: DSA Crowns Monterey Bay’s 150 Feet Of Awesome

The “150 Feet of Awesome” campaign used interactive screens to encourage people to “Share the Experience, and Share the Love” of the west coast marine center (been there, great spot).
There were 14 interactive locations up the highway in San Francisco – four kiosks and 10 transit shelters that were turned virtual aquarium, encouraging people to see the real thing. The experience used augmented reality and went heavy on social sharing.
The campaign logged more than 32,000 unique users and engagement averages were 75 seconds, and there were more than 43,000 photos taken.
