Symon Beefs Up Senior Team With Three Hires
August 28, 2012 by Dave Haynes
Symon Communications has been beefing up its sales leadership, bringing on three keys in key roles in August.
Dave Carbone has left from Hewlett Packard and joined Symon as Director for National Accounts in North America. “Dave has a long track record of large enterprise success in implementations around the world, and we are confident that he will continue his legacy of high performance and achievement as we continue to grow Symon globally,” says Charles Ansley, Symon’s President and CEO.
Robert Cohen has signed on as the Director of Alliances, responsible for all reseller relationships, alliances and partnerships in North America. He was last at Escalate Retail/Red Prairie, “where he helped develop and shape significant partnerships with many key industry partners.”
And Chuck Gose, who a lot of people will know from his years with MediaTile, has joined Global Practice Leader of Employee Transformation, which will require a very wide business card or very small type. The Symon press release says this means Gose will “provide client consultation on effective employee communication strategies” and will “also assist the global Symon team in the pursuit of large employee communications opportunities with Symon’s key Global 1000 clients.”
What that would seem to mean, more simply, is he is in-house consulting and Mr. Credible in key client-facing sales meetings, where he can talk about working in corporate communications management for both Rolls Royce and General Motors.
All three individuals will report to Steve McCullough, Symon’s Senior Vice President of North American Sales.
