Obviously tiny fonts are of no value, and dividing up the screen in an advertising setting doesn’t seem to make sense…but for informational uses I think it’s OK if one region is fairly static while another rotates through various messages (I’m not a content guy so please forgive me industry experts). All the best practice articles I read are focused on advertising and it would be interseting to hear some ideas about informational messaging.
