Kudos to Pizza Hut and their agency

It’s too bad that those who pontificate typically do so from afar, rarely with any sense of practical reality. Mr. Hines is no exception as shown by his diatribe above. While conceptually he may be right, he couldn’t be more wrong in these particular installations. I have visited 2 of the locations in Florida with the digital screens and they work for me. For your information these are very small pick-up locations, a few hundred square feet at most. The screen with the ticker and menu items is very large (probably a 52″ screen). Even my 72 year old mother could read everything on it and we were both engaged while waiting for our order. I’ll definitely be back…no binoculars necessary. Well done Pizza Hut for committing to a better customer experience.
