Projects: Cafetiero Frames Up Its Digital Menus

Digital Menu Boards 3

This is the digital menuboard set-up for a small German cafe chain called CAFETIERO, which is run by the exhibitions and event catering firm The Stockheim Group.

The company uses 40-inch displays for menus, and nicely surrounds them in decorative picture frames. The landscape display panels run menu items and portrait screens run promotions. The company is also testing 10-inch countertop tablets for menus and promos.

The system was put together and runs on Adversign Media’s viewneo content management platform.

The chain’s junior operations manager, Alina Volkmer, said going digital saved time and money. “We always reinvent ourselves to stay current for our guests. But for every price change, menu addition and new recipe, we had to install new menu boards, which is costly and takes a lot of time.”
