Array developed the idea, design and experience in partnership with Cisco’s global Service Provider Marketing and Briefing Program Management teams. The set-up, launched a few weeks ago, includes a 3×2 video wall and two multi-touch screens.
“This is an important digital touchpoint for visitors to Cisco’s renovated Customer Experience Center (CXC), especially for the service provider community. A great deal of change is taking place in the industry with the networked connection of people, data, processes, and devices. This custom installation enables service providers to understand clearly the opportunity to drive increased revenue, save through optimization, and become increasingly agile to meet the desired flexibility of customers,” says Jeff Dumo, CEO at Array Interactive.
