Project Profile: Giant LCD Columns At Changi Airport

December 10, 2012 by Dave Haynes

This is impressive in terms of scale and visual dominance, which is critical for ad recall in a cavernous environment like Changi Airport in Singapore.

Four support columns in Terminal 3 have been wrapped on all sides with 46-inch LCDs stacked in portrait mode four-high. That’s 192 in total, all playing the same media. The system, bankrolled by JC Decaux’s Singapore business unit, lit up in October, with Burberry as the first domination advertiser.
