Company Offers Free All You Can Eat Stock Video Library For A Week

September 20, 2012 by Dave Haynes

I don’t know a thing about a company called VideoBlocks, but I do know motion graphics designers save a lot of time and control costs by using things like stock video and animations to build ads and messaging spots.

So that community will be intrigued by an offer that came in via email this morning that provides “7 days of complimentary access to download anything you want from over 50,000 clips of video, motion backgrounds, production music and more.”

There is a gate, as in 20 clips a day, but otherwise users can go in and grab files that might come in handy. The hook, of course, is they have made you aware the library exists and have a steady way of communicating with these trail users.

Still, free is usually a good deal.

The company is based in Reston, Virginia and you can read more about them and how they are funded in this news release.
