Martin formally joins SeeSaw

April 27, 2011 by Dave Haynes

Bob Martin didn’t take long to pick up another gig after leaving  RMG Networks. He departed prior to DSE and is now walking around with cards saying VP Business Development for SeeSaw Networks.

It’s his job to build up the number of network partners with the firm, which like Martin is based in the SF Bay-area.

Martin was Chief Marketing Officer at RMG Networks and left in the wake of a re-org, describing his departure as thoroughly amicable. Martin was previously CEO at LevelVision and before that came out of the agency business, doing media planning with Universal McCann.

He was a Mediaweek All-Star in 2007 (do they have a game?), and was the founding agency advisor to, and later served on the board of directors of, the Digital Place-based Advertising Association (DPAA).

“Bob comes to SeeSaw at a great time,”” says CEO Peter Bowen, “as we expand our strategy to include providing branded video content and experiential marketing to our network partners and to advertisers.”

I am pretty sure Martin was already doing a bunch of work with SeeSaw and he’s not wandering the office this week looking for the coffee maker or photocopier.

Good grab for SeeSaw. Smart and nice guy.
