Webinar: Why World’s Largest Digital Signage Networks Use Linux

October 17, 2016 by Dave Haynes

ubuntu-logo112On Wednesday, noon Eastern, I’m doing the third digital signage webinar in a series with Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu Linux.

This one’s on why Linux is the media player OS of choice for a pile of networks and CMS companies, and arguably the most active of those companies is BroadSign, which has about 50,000 players out there running Ubuntu.

The webinar – Why the world’s largest digital signage networks use Linux – has me as host, but the main presenter is Jody Smith from BroadSign, who I worked with many year ago during my dark period as a sales/biz dev guy.

It’s free to attend virtually, and you’ll register here …
