Brian McClimans, Vice President, Global Business Development at Peerless-AV, kindly passed along a note saying what his company would be showing customers and partners at their DSE booth this year.
Why do people going to DSE need to put your company on their Must See list of booths?
Every year at DSE, we showcase new and innovative digital signage solutions, and 2016 is no different. We recently announced our new line of Portrait Kiosk Enclosures, which will be on display at the booth. Supporting 40″-80″ displays, these new kiosks incorporate a curved aesthetic while still offering lean frames and a small footprint. Customized versions of these kiosks will be shown, which will really give booth visitors a sense of what they can do with this line.
Another top solution to see at our booth is the new LED Wall Mounting System that was just shown at ISE. These mounts offer a pop-out mechanism, allowing for easy access for servicing, and are modular – ideal for custom installs. The mounts support various brands and display sizes, too.
In addition to these new solutions, we’ll also be showcasing our Xtreme Outdoor Displays, Xtreme Outdoor Menu Boards, video wall mounts, and emerging technology solutions such as the PeerAir Pro Wireless AV Multi-Display System.
What’s your big marketing message to attendees, and what’s it all about?
Our continued marketing message for attendees is that Peerless-AV solutions always “Get it Right.” We work directly with each customer to create a solution that best meets their needs, whether it be a specific color, size, or feature. Many of our solutions can be customized and we have a dedicated team that addresses every customer’s concerns. For us, every job begins and ends with the mantra that we “Get it Right.”
What’s the ideal profile of attendees walking into your booth?
We always love meeting new customers or reconnecting with long standing customers at DSE. For us, anyone that is interested in digital signage and finding a reliable, customizable solution is someone we want to talk to.
How many years have you been doing DSE and how has it changed (if you think it has changed?) over the years?
We have been involved with DSE since its inception and every year, the show gets better and better. We are a Presenting Sponsor of the show and have been heavily involved with the show for some time. What truly stands out in terms of changes for us is the advancements in technology that is being shown. At Peerless-AV, we have a whole department dedicated to emerging technologies and it’s exciting to see what other companies are doing in this area.
When you get a chance to get away from your booth, what will you be looking for and researching?
If I get a chance to walk away from the booth, I definitely want to see the types of displays being shown across the floor. I always like to see what other companies are focusing on when introducing their new displays. I am also eager to see any advancements being made in kiosks and touch screens.
What’s your favourite part of the week?
My favorite part of the week is catching up with our partners and customers in one place. We always host a fun party during the show, and we love the opportunity to take some time and unwind with these folks.
