Part of the renovations done at the Fremont Street, San Francisco offices of CRM software giant Salesforce was a vast hi-rez LED wall on the lobby wall outside the elevator banks.

The company used 4 mm pixel pitch LED modules, which rolls up to some 7 million pixels on a canvas 106 feet wide by just shy of 13 feet high. It is so far the longest continuous 4 mm LED screen in the United States, and rivals in size many of the LED boards in Times Square.

“We use the video wall for branding, supplying information, and providing a changing ambiance in the modern lobby space,” says Chase Mattison, program manager for Salesforce’s global real estate operations team, in a post on Display Daily. “Visitors to Salesforce are constantly commenting on how amazing our LED display looks.”

The project used S|N|A and was guided by the design firm Gensler.

I couldn’t find much media about it, but here’s a video …
