Why do people going to DSE need to put Vertigo on their Must See list of booths?

Vertigo will be unveiling and showcasing several new outdoor and semi-outdoor rated products for Retail, Property Management, Way-Finding and Drive-Thru menu applications.

What’s your big marketing message to attendees, and what’s it all about?

2015 is shaping up to be the break-through year for outdoor digital signage displays. A strategy to expand the business benefits of indoor signage to an “anywhere signage” strategy (outdoor) can maximize on your already deployed infrastructure.

Vertigo has 10 years of experience engineering and manufacturing rugged digital signs that are volume manufactured and custom configurable for most all protected digital signage applications.

What’s the ideal profile of attendees walking into your booth?

Companies looking to deploy or able to supply (SI) turnkey rugged indoor or outdoor digital signage solutions. Typically these customers come in the form of end-users with a need to expand on existing digital signage endpoints, system integrators capable of augmenting Vertigo hardware with application specific functionality or other sign dealers (static or digital) looking for a white-label supplier of outdoor rugged digital solutions.

How many years have you been doing DSE and how has it changed?

Vertigo has participated in DSE in some capacity since it’s inception. Starting out as a software and widget show, DSE has grown to become an ecosystem of suppliers capable of delivering on simple to complex business solutions. The growth in attendees and exhibitors can been easy to seen and is commensurate to the growth in digital end point deployments.

In 2013, Vertigo had a show floor presence that resulted in many sales leads, engaging conversation and partnership opportunities.

In 2014, Vertigo has moved to a bigger island booth making DSE the primary annual show for launching new products and coordinating meetings with global clients. We anticipate an increase level of qualified traffic commensurate to the expected record number of attendees.

Any advice for first-time attendees?

Attend the show with this in mind; the verdict on digital signage is unanimous; it works!

Look to partner with companies that are best in class at delivering not just one piece of the puzzle.

Make sure they fully understand all the other pieces required in your big picture business solution and can leverage other providers when necessary. Few if not none can do it all!

To best position yourself, know your business pain points before coming to the show. Focus on the “WHY” not the “WHAT”.

Feel free to share the business issues that keep you up at night with those you feel might have something to offer. You would be surprised how much fantastic information and advice will be shared for free! If anything you will come away with information that will help mold your direction and further solidify a game plan.
