Projects: Christie’s MicroTiles Seem To Grow Off Lobby Walls

Christie’s Canadian headquarters in the Kitchener-Waterloo area got an addition last year, and a second lobby entrance to the sprawling facility.

Arsenal Media, SRM Architects and rp Visual Solutions came up with a very cool, almost organic design that embeds Christie’s MicroTiles into the walls and elevator column.

The project won a Silver Apex award at last week’s Digital Signage Expo. I saw it when it was going in, and it is very impressive. You can see it lit up at night from the street.
