Stop Spreading The News; I’m Not Leaving Today

Purely because I let people know I was going, and even had flights booked weeks and weeks ago, I’m selfishly using my creaky little soap box to let said people know I am NOT in New York this week for all the various conferences and cocktail parties for and about digital place-based media stuff.

Briefly, I’m too freaking busy.

I am typing this from a bar counter (I know …) at yet another hotel, having come in for a day to hang out with a client. Then we go somewhere else and do the same thing the next day. Next week, same idea, but three cities in four days, with a different client. I MAY have another thing right after that.

Waaaaaa … waaaaa.

I realize it’s a good problem to have. But I did want to catch a few sessions, and also catch up with some people. Now noodling CETW as my NYC Plan B.

Enjoy the week. Sorry I can’t make it. DailyDOOH has been writing e-n-d-l-e-s-s-l-y about the various, so I doubt anyone who wants to read coverage will go wanting.
