Halls of fame and donor walls are recognition efforts that are really well-suited to interactive digital screens, simply because a plaque or photo can only tell relate the bare essentials about the people people being celebrated.
RiseVision has a post up on its blog pointing out how a small college in Oregon, southwest of Portland, uses a touch displays and its interactive profiler “gadget” to visualize and poke around its athletics hall of fame.
Along with having floating capsule profiles of the athletes and coaches, the touch screen can sort and search. It’s simple and nice.
