My WTF-O-Meter needed new batteries after seeing this last week at DSE 2012.

Purpose=good. Business model=shaky.

I’d suggest taking test before investing in a breathalyzer-based ad network. Selling advertising is already really hard, without layering in that your target audience is people who’ve been drinking.
