DSE skeds another speed-dating weekend retreat

Digital Signage Expo’s organizers indicated in the wake of their first industry forum that they were going to do two of them in 2011 – one on each coast.

The first one has now been announced – for May 15-18 in St. Petersburg, FL, at the Vinoy Resort and Golf Club. Peerless has already stepped up as the main sponsor and panel mount rival Chief, as well as PRN, Allure Global, NEC and NCR have already signed up as program sponsors. There’s room for 16 sponsors, who get access to 32 end-users through a weekend.

As previously noted, Preset did some education work each morning with the end-users, and we thought the format was great. More to the point, the sponsor vendors were all really happy with the ROI, and the way the event went off.

A second one is set for late September on the west coast.
