Using interactive digital signage to sell condos
October 18, 2010 by Dave Haynes
I stumbled across a series of videos for an interactive touchscreens aimed at the residential condo sector and thought a few things:
1 – Too bad more companies don’t use video, as it is quite effective in showing off the pots and pans
2 – This looks pretty slick
3 – This looks like a company based in Las Vegas or somewhere, so it’s really too bad the real estate market there and in a lot of the US is in such rough shape.
Then I noticed these guys are in Toronto, where condos towers continue to rise like very tall weeds. Aareas Interactive – don’t know them – does architectural renderings and animations for the multi-tenant residential sector, so using those files to go interactive makes a pile of good sense.
I like.
