The State of Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration had a very similar RFP out to upgrade an existing network. It went nowhere.
It is the ignorance (or lack of cooperation) of these boards and city politicians that prevents digital signage networks for public awareness messaging from being installed where it is needed the most.
