Hi Dave

Thanks for mentioning Xibo. Xibo has been around for a couple of years now, although only under an AGPLv3 license for about 9 months.

There’s loads of exciting developments coming along soon, so watch this space. We’re translated in to several languages already and are working on localization support in the forthcoming 1.1 series of releases.

As to needing to be a propeller-head, I really hope not! We’ve got a fair amount of documentation and a very active user support area – and something like XAMPP gets you 90% of the way in any case!
