Talking the convergence of digital in retail at In-Store Summit

If I lived or happened to be in Chicago on April 2nd I’d go to this … for a coupla reasons:
1 – A pair of senior VP types from The Integer Group are doing a session an the In-Store Marketing Institute Summit on “The Convergence of the Digital and Retail Space: The Effect Promotions Have on Shopper Behavior.” Integer is one of the bigger retail marketing agencies out there and they do a lot of work on the culture of shopping.
2 – It’s at McDonald’s Hamburger University
The overall event looks pretty interesting, with Greg Adelstein from iGotcha Media talking interactive, as well as the head of Modiv Media, which has those little handheld scanners for self-checkout and product promotion that I saw at NRF.
