Next Toronto mixer set – March 10th

March 3, 2009 by Dave Haynes

Given that I was wandering down the Vegas strip guzzling $1 Michelobs at 2:30 in the morning, just days ago, the idea of another mixer is missing just the slightest amount of charm. Somehow, I’ll rally to the cause.

Dmitry Sokolov over at Ingram Micro has again stepped in and helped organize the monthly Toronto-area mixer, this one this coming Tuesday night (a week today) for the usual spot.

The sponsors this time are Coxcom (deployment specialists) and my guys at Marketplace Station, who have a great targeted network going at Whole Foods.

Start time is 6:30 PM on March 10th.

If you can, zip Dmitry an email to let him know you are coming … so he and the sponsors know what they are in for, and get the appropriate level or security.  email – dmitry.sokolov at ingrammicro.ca

For newbies, the place is right downtown, maybe a couple of blocks east of the King subway station. It is a totally informal mixer/meet-up, intended to get industry people together trading business cards, discussing the Sturm-Liouville Theory and orthogonal polynomials, and playing exotic drinking games.

I am not traveling as far as I know, so see you there.
