Good for them.

I saw one of their screens yesterday. Well positioned. Good stuff.

I’m not too surprised that they are pushing ahead though. There are 6 other Networks I know that have screens just in NY and are going hard at recruitment of locations and locking up venues. Two of them are brand new and well backed with little existing OPEX or debt and planning on hitting 1600-1800 by this time next year. Ya ya, take that with a grain of salt but they are being responsible about it and if they do it, they’ll be even pretty quick with Zoom, who has been in the space as a dominant bar player for a while.

If Zoom stops now, they risk falling far behind these other groups, even WITH their existing static relationships.
