DS software play creates rewards program for resellers

AKA has a piece about Toronto-based software company Rise Vision starting a rewards program for its reseller channel.

In a nutshell, a 10 per cent credit towards future purchases (and resale) of Rise Vision’s software, which is Software as a Service based.

The Rise Rewards scheme allows resellers to earn cash toward future purchases of Rise Vision products and services as they sell subscriptions to the on-line mechanism.

This means that the more locations a reseller signs or the more renewals they sign, so the more profits they make. For each $10 in customer renewals, Rise Vision resellers earn one Reward, worth $1 toward their next purchase of Rise Vision products.
