InfoComm Booth Profile: Peerless-AV

Display hardware specialist Peerless-AV will be at InfoComm, and this is why company president John Potts says people in the digital signage industry need to come by booth 3401 in a couple of weeks.

1 – Why do people going to InfoComm need to put your company on their Must See list of booths?
Some top “must sees” are our SmartMount Video Carts and Wall Mounts, a new sleek line of floor-standing kiosk enclosures, and our PeerAir Pro Wireless AV Multi-Display System, which offers a wireless distance of 201 feet, can multicast Full HD 1080p and passive 3D signals wirelessly to up to 6 displays, along with a seventh display wired locally.

We’ll also be hosting a giveaway, offering visitors a chance to win two tickets to the VIP section at the 2016 Daytona 500, a two-night hotel stay, airline gift card, and spending money. Additional second and third place prizes will also be given away.

Plus, we’re having happy hour on June 17th and 18th from 4 to 5 pm.

2 – What’s your big marketing message to attendees, and what’s it all about?
“Get it Right” – We’re all about getting it right for each and every customer by providing affordable, quality solutions that are easy to install. Knowing that each customer has unique needs and that technological advancements constantly alter the AV landscape, we’ve worked to make solutions easily customizable, as can be seen via our KioskBuilder program, and we continue push the boundaries of our technological prowess.

3 – What’s the ideal profile of attendees walking into your booth?
Anyone! This heavily ties into the aforementioned. We work with integrators and decision-makers in every area – from education, quick-service restaurants, and retail to transportation and residential.

4 – How has the digital signage business changed for your company in the past 12-24 months, if it has?
While we’ve seen much occur in wireless audio, there’s definitely been a noticeable change in the display business. With the need for signage to always be new and different, manufacturers are coming out with displays that help set that signage apart, namely 4K, curved, and all-weather displays. Our line of Xtreme displays are fully-sealed and weatherproof, making them usable all year long, in any climate.

The advancements in these displays have influenced mounts and kiosks as well. We’re now offering video wall mounts that feature quick release functionality for easier access and maintenance. We also are continuing to improve our menu board mounts, which are available in wall and ceiling applications to fit any need, and can be used together to build larger video walls. Our kiosk enclosures accommodate these new displays and offer options such as touch technology to further enhance the user experience.

5 – Any advice for first-time attendees?
Wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated. Try to schedule your meetings for each day based on location, if possible. And, of course visit the Peerless-AV booth (3401) to learn about our innovative solutions, enjoy our happy hour, and enter for a chance to win the Daytona 500 prize pack!
