Why do people going to DSE need to put your company on their Must See list of booths?

With DSE being our biggest event of the year, we’re pulling out all the stops. We’re showcasing all of our latest technology, demonstrating how they look in real world applications. We’ll also have our full line of smart features available to play with, ranging from a built-in CMS to the ability to play content from a URL. Basically, we’re showing the best that Philips has to offer.

Non-technology related reasons:

I’m especially excited about our two new, large format 4K displays, which we’ll be showing off in 98” and 84” versions.

What’s your big marketing message to attendees, and what’s it all about?

Simply put, our displays work, and we back them up by our 3 year warranty. If there’s a defect to the display, instead of fixing it, we’ll just ship you out a new one. To go along with that reliability, we have some really neat features built in to our displays that our customers appreciate. Bottom line is we’ve got commercial displays from 32” on up, and they’ll work in any application.

What’s the ideal profile of attendees walking into your booth?

Frankly, anyone and everyone. We’re proud of our technology, and love to show it off. We work with multiple markets: from stadiums, QSR, retail, higher education, hospitality, and many more, So whatever market the attendee is in, there’s sure to be a Philips display that suits their needs. And even if the attendee isn’t currently in the market for digital signage, it’s still a great learning opportunity.

Any distributors, resellers, or solution provider looking for new technology and support is welcome as well. We have a world-class partnership program, and pride ourselves on the support that we give them. Stop by booth #1624 to check us out.

How many years have you been doing DSE and how has it changed (if you think it has changed?) over the years?

Philips has been at DSE for the past 6 years, and it seems to get bigger every year. One thing about DSE is that it’s always been a showcase for the newest in signage technology, and since it’s only about digital signage, it attracts the right clientele. It’s just that the right clientele gets bigger every year (which is a good thing).

Any advice for first-time attendees?

Eat a good breakfast, wear comfortable shoes, and put on your learning hat. For anyone remotely interested in digital signage, DSE is THE show. There’s only two days of exhibits, so it’s alot to cover in such a short time period. You can get a lot of hands on experience with products, just make sure to stop by Philips booth #1624 before you leave.
