Checking Out Global Gaming Expo

The lack of posts owes to my being in Las Vegas (I think this is visit #24) for a few reasons.
1. Did a speaking thing at a conference Monday.
2. Walked through the Hard Rock Cafe on the strip to double-check things ahead of booking the 3rd floor for what will be the 6th (really) Preset Group DSE Mixer in March. All looks good. I have one and possibly two sponsor openings, by the way, so contact me if you want talk about being part of the night.
3. I’m checking out Global Gaming Expo, aka G2E, which is a trade show for all things casino. Never been, but have wanted to attend to get a sense of the digital tech in that industry. There are a number of digital signage vendors with a presence at the show, but I am more interested in the interactive gaming side and where all that is going, particularly with mobile. Like the porn industry, gaming is almost certainly ahead of the curve with media delivery and transaction systems.
